KEVIN BARRETT

Kevin Barrett is the Managing Real Estate Consultant for the Barrett Real Estate Group. He is a third generation Alaska and Anchorage resident.  He is married to a Anchorage School District teacher and is the proud father of 5 daughters. When he isn't working or spending time with his family (which is seldom!) he enjoys golfing, hiking, fishing, snowmachining, spending time with his friends and traveling.

Prior to working in real estate, he worked full-time as a marketing and membership representative for Costco Wholesale while completing his BBA in Marketing at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Upon completion of that degree, he worked with GCI in Member Service Management and Sales. Over the course of his 7 years at GCI, he managed the company's Anchorage retail operations, call center, business customer service and other various departments and teams under the Marketing and Customer Service umbrella of the company.

As time passed, he realized his passion for all things real estate and how he could combine that with his other passion of helping people through a client service focus in order to help them realize their real estate dreams.  So, in 2005, he decided to utilize those complimentary passions and took the plunge to become part of the dynamic and challenging real estate industry. Since that time, his determination, drive, and genuine commitment to helping others has resulted in helping countless families achieve their real estate goals which has earned him his "Top Producer" status numerous times over the course of his career.

Kevin is a member of the Anchorage MLS Board of Directors, a member of association of Realtors and takes pride in his involvement as a volunteer with Providence Hospital.  Kevin loves Alaska and appreciates all of the opportunities it has provided him. He looks forward to many more years in the Real Estate industry and being a contributing member of the community.

Nicole Chapman, a lifelong Alaskan, brings the Alaskan spirit and values to her profession in the Real Estate industry. As a mother of three, Nicole understands the importance of dedication and service. With nearly two decades devoted to raising her family, she extends her commitment to excellence into her professional life. Prior to raising her family, Nicole's career in the service industry and her volunteer work at her church and school honed her skills and passion for serving others, which she continues to embody today in her Real Estate profession and with her clients. Nicole is a creative soul, finding joy in calligraphy, hand lettering, and graphic design. Her love for the great outdoors aligns perfectly with Alaska's rugged terrain, where she enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking in her free time. As a team member of the Kevin Barrett Real Estate Group (KBR), Nicole finds great fulfillment in assisting clients with their real estate needs, regardless of what chapter of life they are in. With her positivity, loyalty, and unwavering support, Nicole is committed to guiding clients through the exciting and sometimes challenging journey of buying and selling real estate.
