KEVIN BARRETT

ASSOCIATE BROKER | REALTOR®

Kevin Barrett is the Managing Real Estate Consultant for the Barrett Real Estate Group. He is a third generation Alaska and Anchorage resident.  He is married to a Anchorage School District teacher and is the proud father of 5 daughters. When he isn't working or spending time with his family (which is seldom!) he enjoys golfing, hiking, fishing, snowmachining, spending time with his friends and traveling.

Prior to working in real estate, he worked full-time as a marketing and membership representative for Costco Wholesale while completing his BBA in Marketing at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Upon completion of that degree, he worked with GCI in Member Service Management and Sales. Over the course of his 7 years at GCI, he managed the company's Anchorage retail operations, call center, business customer service and other various departments and teams under the Marketing and Customer Service umbrella of the company.

As time passed, he realized his passion for all things real estate and how he could combine that with his other passion of helping people through a client service focus in order to help them realize their real estate dreams.  So, in 2005, he decided to utilize those complimentary passions and took the plunge to become part of the dynamic and challenging real estate industry. Since that time, his determination, drive, and genuine commitment to helping others has resulted in helping countless families achieve their real estate goals which has earned him his "Top Producer" status numerous times over the course of his career.

Kevin is a member of the Anchorage MLS Board of Directors, a member of association of Realtors and takes pride in his involvement as a volunteer with Providence Hospital.  Kevin loves Alaska and appreciates all of the opportunities it has provided him. He looks forward to many more years in the Real Estate industry and being a contributing member of the community.

CHRISTA RUDDER

Finding your new space in the wonderful state of Alaska is something Christa takes pride in. With her background as an intelligence analyst, she will truly take the time to listen and understand your unique needs, preferences and circumstances. She has a passion for research and helping others find their new dream home. Raised in Texas, Christa graduated from Texas A&M University and embarked on a 13 year career with the federal government. Between her husband's career and her own, they moved a combined six times. She understands the stress and sometimes overwhelming feeling of finding that perfect home to meet your lifestyle and family needs on a tight timeline. With their latest move, Christa and her family are proud to call Alaska home! Throughout the years, Christa has maintained an excitement and passion for real estate and the many avenues it presents. In her spare time, Christa and her family enjoy taking advantage of the wonders of Alaska through camping, hiking, kayaking and much more. Christa is dual licensed in Texas and Alaska and is a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Alaska Association of REALTORS®.

FLORA TEO

A lifelong Alaskan, Flora Teo has the ideal foundation for selling and buying homes.  

A licensed REALTOR, Flora graduated from Bartlett High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Alaska.  She grew up in east Anchorage watching neighborhoods evolve and transform around her.  When buying her own home, Flora developed a passion for buying and selling property.  With encouragement from friends and family, Flora joined eXp Realty as a way to serve Alaska residents in the buying/selling process in her home state.  

Grateful for an amazing group of supporters, Flora makes sure that new residents are welcomed in a way that has become customary in Alaska.  Flora enjoys getting outside as often as possible with her two teenage kids to go hiking and fishing in addition to traveling, wine, and board games.

Home architecture and customer service are two interests that led me into real estate. I was raised in homes that my parents designed and built, which ignited my interest in the real estate business. After earning a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Idaho, I moved to Anchorage to pursue this passion. I began my career in 2009 and have helped everyone from educating first-time homebuyers to selling high-end luxury homes. Home buying is a major life decision. I believe that choosing the right Realtor to be your advocate and to help you navigate the process, will make for a very positive experience investing in your future. I embrace technology as a communication and organizational tool while also using the basics of hard work and personalized service. I returned to Alaska in 2012 to raise my children.  I have 3 Children whom have attended public schools elementary thru graduation in Anchorage.  We currently reside in Chugiak where my youngest is still in High School.  In my free time I enjoy hiking, fishing, camping, crafts, and spending time with family.  I have spent my adult life serving the community, first as an Air Force Veteran and as a Firefighter-EMT.  I have always had a passion for real estate and the desire to help others.  Completing my training in 2018 is one of the best decisions I have ever made.  The satisfaction that comes with being a part of someone else achieving their goals of home ownership, or selling and moving on to their next chapter is immeasurable.  I have had the pleasure of meeting great families who are now friends.  I am a member of the Alaska Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
