  Kevin assisted in preparing me for my first home purchase for about a year before I even started seriously looking by sending me updates on houses as they came on the market. Throughout the homebuying process he responded promptly and professionally with questions or concerns. He did his best to represent my needs and requests to the seller. He had a great understanding of Anchorage as well as value of homes and was able to understand exactly what we were looking for. We made an offer over the holidays and he still made himself available for help throughout the holidays.
